This Saturday 9/8 we will be at Streetlight Records in
San Jose from 4:30 - 5:30  for a KFJC "Penny Pitch"
benefit. Big news is that greatly missed DJ Phil Dirt
will be spinning surf tunes at the store from 5-6PM,
so even if you don't make it to the show, tune in to
KFJC (radio or internet feed). Bring your change jar
and donate while Phil is on the air and let KFJC know
that you want surf music back on the air.

9/16 - The Return of the Sunday Surf Party to the
Hotel Utah! Lava Rats are opening and will be playing
songs from their excellent new CD.  Then all the way
from Alabama comes Daikaiju- prog surf mayhem!
Finally, Chris Thomas returns to the drum throne with
Pollo Del Mar as we celebrate the 10 year anniversary
of the release of our first CD, "The Ocean Is Not for
Cowards", we will be playing that entire CD live- we
haven't played some of those songs in years.
